Executive Officer

Qualifications:

Ø   University graduate from management, MICE or related discipline

Ø   Customer service and details oriented

Ø   Sense of project ownership

Ø   Outstanding interpersonal & communication skills

Ø   Able to work independently and under pressure

Ø   Experience in training and/or project execution is preferred

Ø   Good command of Written and spoken English and Chinese, proficient in Mandarin

Ø   Portuguese speakers are highly preferred

Ø   Familiar with Microsoft Office and social media platforms, e.g. Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, etc.

Ø   Occasional travel to Greater Bay Area is required

Ø   3 years of concrete working experience on event organizing and production

Ø   Immediately available and able to be an emcee are highly preferred
