Assistant Secretary General
Qualifications:
ØUniversity graduate in Communications, Event Management, Public Relations or related disciplines
Ø Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in association and event management, with over 5 years in a managerial role
Ø Familiarity with regulations in Macau
ØStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team within an association
ØDetail-oriented, proactive, and organized, with excellent multitasking abilities
ØResponsible, well organized, and independent
Ø Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
ØStrong writing, editing, proofreading, communication and coordination skills
ØSelf-motivated team player, capable of working independently and under pressure
Duties and Responsibilities:
ØPerform tasks in accordance with the association’s objectives and report to the Council Chairman regarding the planning, organizing and implementation of all related issues
ØLiaise with association Board Members
ØManage budgeting for various funding sources
ØFormulate the annual plan, financial plans and reports; organize regular meetings for the Association
ØMonitor all division tasks in the association
ØPlan and Organize all association related events and activities, monitor all Committee Work and club activities
ØAssist in Marketing and promotion of all association activities
ØRepresent the association at events hosted by other associations or corporate activities.
ØPerform other duties as assigned by the Council Chairman, the President of the Board of Directors, and other senior management.
